Diet to Lose Up to 15 kg in 15 Days

If you need to lose kilograms quickly, try this diet and you will have magnificent result. This Diet to Lose Up to 15 kg in 15 Days is not recommended for longer period than 15 days. It has 5 days routine, and you should repeat it 3 times and get rid of 15 kilograms.

Breakfast (same every day) :

1 slice of toasted bread
1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar
1 apple, pear, peach, melon or watermelon

Day 1:

lunch: 1 boiled egg with 500 ml milk or yogurt and 1 apple
dinner: 2 slices of toasted bread with 100 gr low fat cheese, 2 tomatoes and 1 cucumber

Day 2:

lunch: 1 boiled egg with 500 ml milk or yogurt and 1 apple or peach
dinner: 1 slice of toasted bread with 1 tomato, 125 cooked beef meat, 1 cup of tea without sugar and 1 apple

Day 3:

lunch: 1 boiled egg with 500 ml milk or yogurt, 2 cucumber, 1 apple and juice without sugar
dinner: 1 slice of toasted bread with 125 cooked beef meat or chicken, 1 cup of tea without sugar and 1 apple

Day 4:

lunch:  1 slice of toasted bread with 125 low fat cheese and 1 tomato
dinner: 1 slice of toasted bread with 2 tomato, 125 cooked beef meat or chicken and 1 apple

Day 5:

lunch:  1 slice of toasted bread with 200 gr fish and 1 tomato
dinner: 500 gr cooked vegetables ( carrots, potatoes or peas) with 100 gr cheese and 1 tomato

In this Diet to Lose Up to 15 kg in 15 Days you will take bread, meat, vegetables, fruits, milk, etc so it’s not hard and unhealthy like other fast diets.
